The Milton and Carroll Petrie Division of Beth Israel Medical Center is
located at First Avenue and 16th Street. It is easily accessible to your
visitors by car, subway or bus.

Take any major artery to 14th Street. Proceed to East 14th Street and
First Avenue. Take First Avenue to 17th Street. Metered parking is available.
A limited number of parking spaces is available for visitors at Beth Israel's
Gilman Hall Garage on 17th Street just off First Avenue. The garage is
open 24 hours a day, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Parking: The Hospital provides, for a moderate fee, curbside valet parking service, weekdays, during the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm at its main entrance. The vehicle is stored in the Hospital’s parking garage on the north side of E. 17th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues (one-way, east bound) and is returned to the hospital entrance at the scheduled departure time indicated by the visitor. Additional public parking is available on the street (for a fee).
The nearest subway station is the First Avenue Station on the 14th Street/Canarsie
Line (L). The Medical Center is also a short three-block walk from the
Lexington Avenue (4,5,6) and BMT (R,N) stops at Union Square Station.
Take the First or Second Avenue routes (M15) to 17th Street or any 14th
Street bus (M14) to First or Second Avenue.
