C O M P U T E R - R E L A T E D

Telecommunications Planning Analyst
Dedicate your talents to coordinating routine and emergency telecommunications services throughout the center on a 24-hour basis, including both our Roosevelt and St. Luke's sites. Responsibilities include advising/consulting with user departments and common carriers on telephone moves, changes and additions, scheduling work activity, conducting site surveys, resolving problems, and working with on-site vendors. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience, tech school training, or industry telecommunications courses), with 2+ years of similar experience in a medium-to-large organization or health care facility with 1+ PBX(s). Must have strong verbal/written communication skills, familiarity with telephone support and office relocations, and a knowledge of telecommunications industry and related equipment. Exposure to NEC equipment, familiarity with PC-based word processing and project management programs a plus.
