We make every effort to expedite requests as quickly as possible, however requests requiring evaluation of performance will often need to be returned to the Training Program for completion.

Please note that information pertaining to a practitioner’s performance/privileges may not be available if his / her affiliation with St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center ended ten or more years ago.
