Resident/Fellow Rotations
Accredited residents and fellows interested in setting up a rotation within a program at Mount Sinai St. Luke's Roosevelt, must first contact the program directly to determine whether they will be able to accommodate them for the period of their rotation. Upon obtaining program approval and scheduling the period of rotation, please consult the documentation listed below:

In advance of any scheduled rotation, rotators should submit all of the necessary paperwork either via mail or fax to the GME office at the address/number listed below. Once a completed package is on file, the GME office will put in a request for a temporary rotator ID with the security department.
