The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health's Private Psychiatry Services primary goal is to serve you, the client. Our Clinicians are among the top providers in the Behavioral Heath Care Community. We offer therapeutic care for a diverse clientele and our clinicians specialize in a wide range of treatments, such as Psychotherapy for Adults and Children, Addiction Therapy, and other Behavioral Health Care interventions. We serve individuals of all ages, including Adults, Adolescents and Children, Couples, Families and Groups.

We treat a range of conditions including:

  • Substance Abuse and Behavioral Addictions
  • Mood and Anxiety Disorders
  • Psychiatric Complications of Medical Issues
  • Pain Management
  • Eating Disorders/ Obesity
  • Life Transitions
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Developmental and Identity Issues

Our treatment modalities are Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, and Psychopharmacology. We see clients in individual, couple, family and group treatment.

We also provide special services in Forensic Evaluations, Psychological Assessments (Neuropsychological and Psycho-education) and Pre-Operative Evaluations (Obesity/Transplant/Other).

Corporate Services are available on request and clinicians are available to do on-site educational sessions for employees. Presentations can be structured to address particular areas of concern, such as: Stress Management, Stress Inoculation Training for Disaster Preparedness and Recognizing Burnout.
