Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the highest quality behavioral health care for children, adolescents and families. This mission is based on four pillars of quality:

Families First
We know that families are the foundation to a child’s well-being. When families are happy, children are happy.

Culturally Competent
We value and respect diversity and appreciate the impact of social and environmental pressures on the lives of children and families. We ourselves come from diverse backgrounds and speak many languages. We provide interpreter services for all foreign languages and American Sign Language.

Multidisciplinary
We work as a multidisciplinary team represented by psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. We specialize in a variety of clinical approaches and perspectives to insure that children and families are evaluated and treated with utmost respect. As a teaching hospital, we are also committed to continuously improving ourselves and our colleagues-in-training.

Active Community Membership
In the same way that the family supports the child, we know that the community supports the family. Thus, we work closely with our local community and other agencies serving children and families to make sure that everyone who cares for your child works as a team to provide the best care possible.
