We provide the following clinical services:

Individual psychotherapy using a mix of psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.

Family therapy based on family systems and attachment theories.

Psychiatric evaluations and treatments when medications are appropriate.

Psychological testing to formally assess cognitive functioning, academic achievement, and emotional functioning.

Group therapy is developed as needed. Below are currently running groups.

• Children’s Social Skills Groups
  Social skills groups are a great way for children to learn important skills in sharing, caring, friendships, and sportsmanship in a safe and fun way. These skills are taught through games, activities, role play and exercises.
• Pre-Adolescent and Adolescent Boys and Girls Groups
  Our general psychotherapy groups help pre-adolescent and adolescent boys and girls learn to better cope with the stresses in their personal lives and in the lives of their families. The teens provide support for each other and learn important friendship skills in a safe and confidential place.
• Parenting Support Group
  This open-ended support group is for all mothers, grandmothers, and other female caretakers to provide support in raising children and managing all the stresses in their family’s and their own lives.
