The David B. Kriser Department of Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel is dedicated to the pursuit, understanding and deployment of cutting edge treatments and technologies in the medical field. Our role as a teaching hospital helps aid this pursuit—through our prestigious Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Residency Program in Emergency Medicine (a three-year, Accreditation Council Graduate Medical Education program). The medical center also plays a role in developing and training the next generation of physicians in other medical specialties, via residency programs in internal medicine, family medicine, general surgery, psychiatry, obstetrics/gynecology and pediatrics. Click here for a complete listing of residency programs offered through the hospital.
Mount Sinai Beth Israel conducts a variety of research and clinical trials to offer the latest in treatment. Click here for a list of current clinical trials seeking participants.
