Latin Movement Dance Class
This dance and movement class is designed to improve motor control in Parkinson's disease. Additional benefits include aerobic exercise, social interaction, and just plain getting out and having fun! Class includes Merengue, Bachata and Salsa dances. Pace of class is tailored to the dance students, with assistant instructors available to provide more individual attention.

Feldenkrais Movement Program
Feldenkrais (awareness through movement) lessons help identify ways of moving that may be limiting function. Sessions allow for new possibilities of movement for ease with daily activities. All lessons are done in a chair. (Program involves an interview before and an evaluation after the six- week session.)
