Support Group

This group is for Women’s Heart NY patients seeking peer support as you navigate challenges related to heart-healthy living, or going through recovery from a cardiovascular event.  The group will be professionally facilitated by Sydney Fischer, MSW. There is no fee to enroll in this service. Please contact program coordinator to register.

One-on-One Nutrition Consultation Appointments for Women's Heart NY Patients

Patients may schedule independently with our registered dietitians. A $10 program fee is requested at the time of your appointment. Please contact the program coordinator for scheduling information.
