Patients may schedule independently with the nutritionist. Please contact the program coordinator for details.

8-Session Freedom from Smoking® Program with Women's Heart NY

Wednesdays, April 16, April 23, April 30, May 7, May 14, May 21, May 28 and Friday, May 9

Time:  6:30 – 8 pm
Location:  Mount Sinai Roosevelt, 1000 Tenth Avenue

Registration is required. Please RSVP by April 14th.

Program cost:
Women’s Heart NY patients: $80
Non-Women’s Heart NY individuals: $120
50% of program fee is returned upon completion of the program.
Program fees may be waived for those in need of financial assistance, please inquire.
