The Continuum Cardiovascular Centers of New York were created in 2012 to expand the cardiac and vascular services offered at Beth Israel Medical Center, St. Luke’s Hospital, and Roosevelt Hospital.

The first milestone occurred in October 2012: the opening of the Al-Sabah Arrhythmia Institute. This world-class electrophysiology facility is being directed by leaders in the management of complex arrhythmias and ablation therapy. The Institute is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that enhances both patient experience and outcomes.

As a patient in a cardiovascular program at Beth Israel Medical Center, St. Luke’s Hospital or Roosevelt Hospital, you will not notice a change in your day-to-day routine with your physician. However, you will benefit by having access to a larger team team of health care specialists who are committed to making your fight against heart disease as comfortable and effortless as possible for you and your family. This team includes expert cardiologists, interventional cardiologists and cardiac surgeons, as well as nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other health care professionals.
