Breast cancer treatment often involves a combination of surgery, radiation therapy, and/or medical therapy. The Appel-Venet Comprehensive Breast Service combines the breast cancer expertise of our health care professionals with state-of-the-art facilities and the most advanced technologies. All ambulatory surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy can be administered in one convenient location.

Our multidisciplinary treatment team includes surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, cancer support specialists, and others—all of whom work together to develop the best treatment plan for you. Members of this team attend a weekly breast tumor board conference, providing newly diagnosed patients with a true multidisciplinary evaluation. When planning treatment, our physicians always consider a woman's personal preferences and will work with our patients to develop an individualized treatment plan.
