Classes and Events offered through the Department of Integrative Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel:

Pain and Palliative Care Yoga Class offers a combination of chair and mat yoga for those looking to move beyond the constraints of pain and to open up to greater possibilities of movement and balance. Class meets on Mondays from 4pm – 5pm in the Bernstein Pavilion conference room, ground floor. All participants are welcome.

Kids Yoga benefits children between the ages of 4-13 with a wide variety of ability and disability. Class meets on Thursdays from 4pm – 5pm in conference room 1 on the second floor of Phillip Ambulatory Care Center (PACC) – 10 Union Square East, between 14th and 15th street. Yoga mats are provided. There is a "suggested" donation of $10.00.

Any schedule changes will be posted on the entrance to the conference room. Please feel free to come with friends. Dress comfortably for movement.
