Learn a routine of 12 easy, gentle yoga exercises designed to help improve balance and decrease your risk of falling. Includes suggestions on how to make your environment safer, strengthen your bones, choose proper footwear, deal with inclement weather and what to do if you fall.

Extra Gentle Yoga
For patients with wheelchairs and their caregiver

This class is designed to provide an accessible yoga experience for people who use wheelchairs or anyone who feels they could benefit from an extra-gentle yoga class. It will include light stretches, easy strengthening exercise, brain and face-aerobics and some balance work .Each session ends with a relaxing meditation.
