Philips Ambulatory Care Center is located at the intersection of 14th Street and Fourth Avenue, in Manhattan.
From points east, take the East River Drive to the 15th Street Exit from the North or Houston Street from the South and head west. From points West, take the West Side Highway (also called the Joe DiMaggio Highway or West Street) to 14th Street and head east.
Parking on the street in this area is very limited, but there is a parking garage in the basement of Phillips Ambulatory Care Center. The garage entrance is on 15th Street between Irving Place and Union Square East.

The L, R, N, Q, W, 4, 5, and 6 all stop at the Union Square - 14th Street Station. On other Manhattan subways ‚ go to 14th Street and either walk or take the L train to Union Square.

The M-14 bus travels East and West along 14th Street. In the Union Square area, the M-1 bus travels south along Fifth Avenue (north of 40th Street) and along Park Avenue South (between 40th Street and 14th Street). The M-1 bus travels north along Center Street (south of West Houston Street) and then along Lafayette Street and Fourth Avenue (between West Houston Street and 14th Street).
