Hodgkin's Disease

Overall survival for all patients under age 80 with Hodgkin’s disease treated at CCCNY (Mount Sinai Beth Israel-Petrie and Mount Sinai Beth Israel Brooklyn, and Mount Sinai St. Luke's Roosevelt). This represents a broad spectrum of patients under age 80 with all subtypes and stages of Hodgkin’s disease, including both good and poor prognosis patients. Patients with Hodgkin’s disease who were infected with HIV are not included in these data. The survival outcomes compare favorably with those reported nationally.

Overall survival for all patients under age 80 with stage I or stage II Hodgkin’s disease who are HIV negative treated at CCCNY (Mount Sinai Beth Israel-Petrie and Mount Sinai Beth Israel Brooklyn, and Mount Sinai St. Luke's Roosevelt). Based on published data from clinical trials, the anticipated five-year overall survival for this group of patients would be 80%-90%. Our results compare favorably with a five-year survival of 95%.

Overall survival for all patients under age 80 with stage III or stage IV Hodgkin’s disease who are HIV negative treated at CCCNY (Mount Sinai Beth Israel-Petrie and Mount Sinai Beth Israel Brooklyn, and Mount Sinai St. Luke's Roosevelt). Based on published data from clinical trials, the anticipated five-year overall survival for this group of patients would be 60%-80%. Our results are at the higher end of that range, with a five-year survival of 76%.
