Insurance Information

Our surgeons participate with most major insurance carriers. However, some plans may have limited coverage or do not cover bariatric surgery based on the benefit.  Please verify this with your carrier prior to the visit.  We have competitive self pay rates for patients who do not have insurance coverage.  We accept major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, and Visa), cash, or check.
