Our clinic is currently located at the St. Luke's Division of St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center on the First and Second Floors of 411 W. 114th St.(between Amsterdam Avenue and Morningside Drive) and on the Seventeenth Floor of 1090 Amsterdam Avenue (between 113th St. and 114th St.).

Our day program, the Comprehensive Adolescent Rehabilitation and Education Service (CARES), is located at the Roosevelt Division of the St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center on the Ninth Floor of the Antenucci Building at 432 W 58th St. (between 9th and 10th Avenues).

Our Children's Community Mental Health Services are located at the St. Luke's Division of St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center on the Fifteen Floor of 1090 Amsterdam Avenue (between 113th St. and 114th St.).

Emergency services are available at both the Roosevelt Campus and the St. Luke's Campus through the pediatric Emergency Room and the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP).
