In order to keep our office fees reasonable, West Park Medical Group (WPMG) requires payment for services, including co-payments, at the time of your visit. We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), cash and checks.

Please have your insurance ID card available at each visit and notify us of any changes in your insurance plans, home address, phone numbers or employment status. Keeping our records up to date helps us to reach you faster and helps us to obtain accurate insurance verification for you. Please keep in mind that most insurance plans require you to choose a primary care physician; we ask that you contact your health plan in advance of your appointment to choose one.
