New York Vascular Access is a free-standing outpatient vascular access center dedicated to quickly resolving dialysis access complications. The center is fully licensed by the New York Department of Health and certified by Medicare. Our admitting system allows for rapid "in and out" treatment that is faster than your local hospital, allowing you to receive your dialysis on its regular schedule.
Our goal is to quickly schedule and resolve dialysis access complications. Because our center is dedicated only to ESRD (end stage renal dialysis) patients, we understand the problems associated with scheduling of physicians and procedure room availability when you have an access complication. With one call to our center, we can schedule your vascular access intervention that day or, if an elective procedure, usually within 24 hours, meaning no more multiple calls to arrange a procedure.
Patients are seen in a timely manner upon arrival and are typically in and out within a few hours. Dialysis can be arranged the same day, following the access intervention. Our coordinated efforts with your dialysis facility will result in superb overall care and an end to the delays in dialysis treatment. Patient reports are forwarded to their dialysis facility within 24 hours of their procedure.

Preparation for Procedures

Your dialysis center staff or a staff member at our facility will be able to assist you with specific instructions.
