Prospective and Retrospective Database of Inflammatory Bowel Disease Patients

Summary:
The purpose of this study is to create a database for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients to be used for future clinical research. Past, present and future charts will be reviewed on patients with a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, or indeterminate colitis that consent to participate. Information on patient medical records including doctor’s visits, treatments, medications, and/or interventions will be recorded in the database.


Eligibility Participants:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Scheduled for colonoscopy will be approached for the study
  • English or Spanish speaking
