Participants will receive 36 sessions of free yoga classes and group support over a 3-month period. Participants will be followed to determine if the relaxation and group support helps to improve their health. The study will include blood tests, an echocardiogram, clinical assessments and a questionnaire. The study will not involve any drugs or change in the participant's own medications.

Criteria for Participation:

The Heart Institute at Beth Israel is seeking adults with congestive heart failure with an ejection fraction of 35% or less who are on stable medications with their cardiologist.
